These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Santai44 (hereinafter referred to as "santai44", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://santai44.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.

By creating a player account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the santai44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. To register an Account and use the services provided by santai44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You do not hold an existing account on the santai44 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or associate of santai44, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written consent has been granted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register that covers the santai44 Platform, or any national or international gambling exclusion database.

When registering an Account on santai44, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, santai44 is required to verify your identity. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your photo ID next to your face. Both your face and the ID details must be clearly visible.

Santai44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any time where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity discrepancies, or where required to satisfy regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During periods of high volume, this period may be extended. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your verification review.

Santai44 supports the following payment methods for deposits by Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (or the equivalent value in cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier, and may be adjusted by santai44 at its discretion.

Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) and FPX are typically credited to your santai44 account balance within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations, which varies by coin. Santai44 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency denomination option is explicitly selected. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent account credit at the rate displayed at the time of deposit. Santai44 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity. Santai44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on player accounts and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the completion of KYC verification.

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically possible.

Santai44 targets the following indicative processing windows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow): 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours; may be longer outside banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency: 10 to 60 minutes, subject to network congestion.

These are target processing windows and are not guaranteed. Santai44 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment networks.

Santai44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this Section.

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Santai44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abusive bonus practices — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk wagering patterns, or coordinated play — will result in the forfeit of all associated bonuses and may result in account termination.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, standard Wagering Requirements on santai44 are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 20x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonuses: 15x the bonus amount.
• Crypto Deposit Bonus: 20x the bonus amount.
• Cashback Rewards: 1x the cashback amount (effectively cash — low wagering applies).

Wagering Requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different expiry window is disclosed in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not meeting Wagering Requirements within this period will be forfeited without compensation.

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots (excluding those specifically excluded) typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–25%). The full game contribution table is available within the Platform. Specific game exclusions are listed in each individual promotion's terms.

All games available on the santai44 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game they choose to play.

All virtual game outcomes on santai44 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Santai44 does not interfere with game outcomes, and all results are final once a round is settled. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers under video surveillance in licensed studio facilities.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game session, santai44 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's account as Real Money Balance. Santai44's decision in such matters is final.

Santai44 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has been established that: (a) a technical error affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed using fraudulently obtained funds; (c) the underlying event (for sports bets) was cancelled or abandoned; or (d) the bet was placed in error due to clearly incorrect odds or lines, which will be corrected before settlement.

Sports betting on santai44 covers competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other international events. All sports bets are subject to the Platform's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement procedures, in-play bet acceptance, and applicable deadlines for pre-match wager placement. Mix Parlay combinations are subject to minimum selection and maximum payout rules as published in the sportsbook section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the santai44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or sportsbook betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors — any winnings arising from a known bug or exploit are void.
• Conducting "arbitrage" betting or any form of guaranteed-profit betting scheme using Platform promotions.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing santai44 staff or other users.

Santai44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account activity raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a specified period;
• Santai44 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction;
• The Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than breach by the Player, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following verification.

Players who wish to close their Account may do so by contacting santai44's customer support team. Before closing an Account, any active wagering requirements should be noted — Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following KYC verification.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. See our Responsible Gambling Policy for full details. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and override standard account closure procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, santai44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein;
• Any technical malfunction, service interruption, or system error affecting a game session;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Actions taken by santai44 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or termination;
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, santai44's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Santai44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to supporting players who may be at risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders after a defined period of continuous play.

Santai44 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

All content on the santai44 Platform — including but not limited to the Platform design, logos, brand name, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of santai44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of santai44.

Santai44 takes all player disputes and complaints seriously. The following procedure should be followed for any complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform:

2. Internal Review: The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive resolution within five (5) business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior compliance officer. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within fourteen (14) business days.
4. External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after the above process is completed, you may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution service as advised by santai44 at the time.

All game outcomes, once confirmed and settled by the Platform's systems, are considered final and binding unless a clear technical error is demonstrated. Santai44's decisions on disputes arising from alleged system errors, game malfunctions, or technical issues are final.

Santai44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, santai44 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Platform's licensing authority.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under the applicable regulatory framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 15. Nothing in this clause shall limit santai44's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
